Overview

It might not be obvious, but a lot of mental health challenges start in the workplace. And while many companies are taking steps to address this problem, studies showed that 89% of people still internalize their workplace stress.

We decided to join the conversation about mental health at work and create lasting change from the bottom up. The event was driven by a range of inspiring speakers who shared ways to be a more supportive co-worker, manage stress, and make work a safer space to bring your whole self.

Mission

Hear from a range of speakers who will share ways to be a more supportive co-worker, manage your own stress, and make work a safe space to bring your whole self.
