Nerea Pennini, Strategist
Born in Buenos Aires and raised in South Florida, Nerea found her love for advertising to be rooted in the blending of different cultures and collaborating with a variety of people. At Florida State, she majored in advertising and marketing, which inspired her to become the president of the Advertising Club and the captain of the NSAC team.
She moved to New York City right after college following a summer as an intern at Berlin Cameron. Her love of culture and people fueled her desire to pursue a career in strategy which led her to become a MAIP fellow in the summer of and an intern as a Multicultural Brand Strategist at Horizon Media. After her fellowship, she returned to Berlin Cameron to work on passion-driven projects including brand development for Girl Up, strategic campaigns for the National Kidney Foundation, leading research and social strategy for Girl Brands Do It Better initiatives while spearheading the internship program.
Outside of work, you can find her searching for her inner guide teaching Vinyasa yoga at Usha Veda Yoga in Greenpoint. There, she takes her creativity and love for people into the yoga room incorporating the yogic principles of mindfulness into everyday life bringing a bit of peace into the hustle and bustle of New York City.
